Terra da Garoa

Inaugurated in October 2013, the Terra da Garoa show house presents live samba with live music, among other attractions.

The menu of the place is signed by the chef André Boccato and brings a reading of the dinner offered by the traditional Prado family and the modernists in the Art Week of 1922.

Sampa Samba Show, which presents a journey through the history of Brazilian music, with modernism as a reference, and musical group Demônios da Garoa, which celebrates the 70 years of the group with a spectacle created for the home. In addition, on April 9, the house hosts a dinner-show in which Gal Costa will present his greatest hits.

Anyone who thinks that São Paulo only receives business events is wrong. From April 4 to 13, it's time to start laughing with the 2nd biggest humor festival in the world, Risadaria, which takes place in more than 20 places in São Paulo.

There are many reasons to laugh: there will be debates with the Porta dos Fundos group, exhibitions of humor in the different media, ventriloquism to the traditional stand-up shows, imitations, improvisation and humor of characters, with the main comedians of the country .

Among the participants are some names already known to the public, such as Fábio Porchat (photo), Danilo Gentili, Diogo Portugal, Fábio Rabin, Léo Lins, Eduardo Sterblitch, Márcio Ballas, Marco Gonçalves, Anderson Bizzocchi, Daniel Nascimento and Elidio Sanna.

SP-Arte 2014

From April 2 to 6, 136 galleries will be gathered at the Pavilhão Ciccillo Matarazzo, in the Ibirapuera Park, for the 10th edition of SP-Arte. Considered the largest contemporary art fair in the Southern Hemisphere, it will have a select group of foreign galleries.

The fair is part of the tradition of the world's biggest events of the genre by transcending the commercial aspect and constitutes one of the most important events of the national and international circuit. Many galleries that participated in SP-Arte exhibit abroad.
